Refund Policy


  • Refunds will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment or via Bank Transfer where it is not possible to refund via the original mode of payment.
  • Any refunds requested due to a customer error need to be requested within 24 hours of payment and will be subject to a 50 AED administration charge.
  • Refund will be issued in cases of technical error such as double charging or any other cases where BX Bureau DMCC are responsible.
  • You may choose to terminate your Listing at any time. In the event you choose to terminate before the end of your agreed advertisement period, you will not be entitled to any refund. If you are not happy with our services you must contact us at and the issue of any refund will be reviewed on an individual basis and be at our full discretion.
